In today's world, we all face some form of negativity from time to time. I firmly believe responding to that negativity with positivity, is the best way to combat it. Treating negativity with more negativity only breeds more anger, frustration, dissatisfaction, and hate. Meanwhile, wielding positivity helps to spread kindness and love.
We may not be completely satisfied in life, but it's important to value what we do have. Doing so allows us to acknowledge and appreciate the positive things, which typically outweigh the negative ones greatly. In turn, this leads to a more healthy, positive mindset all the time.
Mistakes are a critical part of life. They can certainly result in negative consequences, but mistakes are important learning experiences. However, we should use those experiences to grow, learn, and improve ourselves.
You aren't obligated to keep people in your life, especially if they leave you feeling down all the time. Sometimes, you have to do what's best for you.
Rather than fixate on jealousy, let's rejoice in the accomplishments of others, and raise each other up.
